ACME Steak Night is a monthly tradition held at the local agents' favorite San Francisco steakhouse. Daniel Ainsworth and Nevon Blair are credited with the development and popularization of the event.

Though the activity had been an infrequent occurrence previously, Steak Night was first recorded in Auld Lang Syne, with Bran ap Brychan treating several agents to a dinner following ACME's Winter Ceremony. ACME Steak Night of December 12, 2012, is considered the official date of conception for the Bunker Boys fraternity.

Since the formation of the Bunker Boys, Steak Night has become an established monthly event. Although it is an official club function, anyone affiliated with ACME is welcome to join.

Steak Night is celebrated with song and accompanying choreography introduced by Nevon Blair. Dancing is not required, but those who refuse may be subject to shaming.
